During my recent business trip to Marrakesh, I had the pleasure of staying at Riad L'Escale De Marrakech, which was chosen by my director. This charming guesthouse offers a range of recreational amenities, including a delightful children's pool. It was a joy to unwind and soak up the sun in this peaceful oasis after a long day of meetings.
Nothing to be said.

The main courtyard area was a riot of beautiful tiles and carvings. The staff, led by Adil and Souad, were the real bonus. It felt like the Real Morocco, not too far from the center but also near the countryside.
Oh, the pleasure of being quite far away from the marketplaces of Marrakech. How delightful.

I chose Riad L'Escale De Marrakech solely for its proximity to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but I was pleasantly surprised by the additional features at this guesthouse, including concierge services and complimentary babysitting/childcare. The free WiFi throughout the property was a great convenience, and I especially enjoyed having a refreshing drink from the poolside bar.
The pool at Riad L'Escale De Marrakech was not usable as it was always very cold. Despite requesting it to be heated for just one day, this was not possible.

The courtyard is a beautiful explosion of Moroccan design, the roof terrace is divine, and the staff are the best thing about this place!
Who needs to be close to the marketplaces when you can have a 14-minute taxi ride and enjoy the lovely sewage smell upon arrival?

The flexibility of meal times and the staff were second to none. If we needed to leave early they made our breakfast to a time that suited us. On one day there was some construction work going on so they gave us our food and drink for free. They greeted us with tea and cookies and gave us a tour of the riad. The interiors are mind-blowing, beautifully decorated and the patio creates a jaw-dropping mystic atmosphere. The room was super spacious with stunning decorations and carvings on the ceiling. The staff, especially Youssef and Souada, were extremely warm and attentive to all our needs. The owners were lovely and provided us with great tips to make the most of our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and close to the city's hub. The staff were professional, friendly, and eager to assist. The hotel has a traditional style with beautiful decor. The food served on the rooftop was EXCELLENT, and the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area.

The staff were remarkably professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hotel's traditional decor was stunning, and we loved the rooftop dining experience, with delicious meals available upon request. the hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area.

This hidden gem offers excellent service and a warm welcome. The rooms are kept impeccably clean, with crisp beddings and towels. The breakfast, featuring a delicious spread of honey and jams, is included and definitely a plus. Not to mention the 24-hour concierge which made us feel safe the entire time. The riad's interiors are Instagram-worthy, with a cute and cozy atmosphere.
Although the riad's location is central, the advertised pool was not available, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was very hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed during our Easter stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options including delicious coffee and fresh fruit. The location was ideal for those who want to avoid the tourist crowds, with easy access to taxis and a peaceful atmosphere.
While the decor was beautiful, the rooms could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness. , the Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty and often disrupted, especially on the upper floors of the hotel.

Enjoyed the beautiful decorations and tasty breakfast. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was close to some great sights and restaurants.
We stayed during Thanksgiving and were disappointed that there was no recognition of the holiday. the room was not as clean as we would have hoped and the WiFi signal was weak in our room.

The staff was super cool and helped us book a rad skiing trip nearby. They also gave us a ride to the coolest places in town in their shuttle. So convenient!
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene at the Riad. It would have been epic if they had organized some DJ nights or pool parties for us young party animals.
